This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where you will be focused on various recruiting functions and hiring processes.Responsibilities:• Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding• Utilize hiring processes knowledge to enhance recruitment strategies• Implement college recruiting as part of the recruitment strategies• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter tool for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates• Handle specific recruiting functions including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective job descriptions and hiring strategies• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market to effectively place candidates• Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
